Morden “Cookie” Lazarus

Morden C. Lazarus’s illustrious legal career spans five decades. A consummate people-person, he possesses an innate ability to relate with everyone he meets – naturally and sincerely. It’s a talent that has served him very well, in his personal and professional life.

The founder of Lazarus Charbonneau, Cookie began his career in banking, commercial, entertainment and sports law. He now focuses primarily on online and land-based gaming law and regulations, and has become an internationally-renowned legal expert in the field. In addition to providing sound legal guidance and services to gaming professionals from around the world, Cookie has written extensively on the subject and is a frequent keynote speaker at gaming industry trade shows and conferences. Despite his storied career and innumerable successes, Cookie remains grounded and dedicates much of his personal time to support and pursue philanthropic, charitable and community endeavours.
